STARTING TO ASSEMBLE THE PUZZLE
Many people ask me what we can do to deal with the COVID19
Virus, how to prevent it and how to be prepared to remedy it. My sincere wish
is that after reading these two pages, you can take a deep breath and know that
you are prepared and nothing dangerous can happen to you.
I will NOT enter into a debate about the origin of the
virus, a warrior on the battlefield does not ask about the origin of the arrow,
his priority is to shield or remove it from the body. However, we will talk
about the environment where the virus flourishes.
If we read the work of Martin Pall PhD, we will see that
electromagnetic pollution (EMF) alters the VGCC (voltage gated calcium
channel), this is a sensor that has the cell membrane that measures the
concentration of extracellular and intracellular calcium, and seeks to maintain
the balance between the two. (scientists see reference in hyperlink. Very High-Level VGCC Sensitivity to Low-Intensity
EMFs and Especially to Pulsations )
(This does not mean that EMF is the cause of the virus, but
it is posed as an aggravating circumstance. It does not mean that EMF is a
requirement for the spread of the virus. EMF and virus are two independent
things, only that the first one aggravates the second.)
Once the calcium sensor is altered, calcium will flow into
the cell. Much is speculated about EMF in the body, but what is no longer
refuted is its calcifying effect. Once we have an excessive concentration of
calcium within the cell, the path for viral replication is open. "Calcium
is essential for the virus to enter the cell and for its replication.". Host Calcium Channels and Pumps in Viral
Infections.
When the excess calcium has entered, we will have an
alteration in the general osmotic balance of the cell, in particular an effect
on the potassium level. A Chinese study reveals that there is a lack of
potassium in almost all patients with Covid19. See this link. Covid-19

Covid-19 Patients
Until now we have an osmotic imbalance that not only
dehydrates us, there is also an accelerated viral replication. Each virus that
infects a cell can generate thousands of copies. With this scenario the body
activates what is called a storm of inflammatory cytokines, this is perhaps the
most dangerous point of the disease that we must prevent. A severe release of
interleukin 6 and 2 (IL6, IL2) is what has been reported as a high-risk factor
and mortality. (reference Increase of two serum
cytokines may predict severity of COVID-19
As a preventive measure, a body free of chronic inflammation
is important. that is to say without arterial hypertension, diabetes, and all
kinds of fibrosis. However, many people have silent chronic inflammation and do
not necessarily suffer from these conditions. Which foods are IL6 antagonists?
Turmeric is not a great immunostimulant, it is more an
immunomodulator, specialized for autoimmune diseases. But if we try to stop the
IL6 cytokine storm, it is a good ally. Effect of
curcumin on circulating interleukin-6 concentrations: A systematic review and
meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials. The
same can be said about fish oil. Effects
of n-3 Fatty Acids on Serum Interleukin-6.. There
are actually many foods with this property, sage, black cumin oil, resveratrol,
oregano, and Andrographis paniculata.
In summary:
CEM à alteration of the calcium channel ion sensor à cellular
calcification à greater viral replication à alteration of the potassium balance à cytokine storm à acute inflammation of high mortality risk.
CEMà depressed immunity à patient vulnerable
To strengthen the immune system, it is important to see
which elements of immunity specifically are responsible for viral infections.
The body fights viruses by means of cytotoxic T lymphocytes
(CD8), the other is the NK cell, these two elements release toxic substances
with a virus-destroying effect. The third is by means of antibodies that
activate phagocytosis, finally via the interferon that prevents viral
replication.
Actually, immunity is vastly complex, happily the body knows how
to do its job without our help, and we can only ease the way in the first two
aspects. The production of NK cells and T lymphocytes. Alpha glucans and
Betaglucans stand out in this task. Alpha glucans are in shitake mushrooms, and
beta glucans are in ganoderma. But note that both fungi increase IL6, the
dangerous interleukin that we had warned about.
As we face this contradiction, the body needs a slight
inflammatory stimulus to activate an immune response, and preventively this
hormesis is favorable. As a preventive in healthy patients, boosting immunity
with low doses of these polysaccharides would be favorable, but in the acute
phase and in patients infected and with a risk of a cytokine storm, on the
contrary, inhibiting IL6 would be the priority.
Finally, the cell's nuclear membrane has a receptor called
VDR (vitamin D receptor). Vitamin D is not actually a vitamin, it is a
corticosteroid, vitamins must be part of the diet and corticosteroids must be
produced by the body, and for this the body requires photons. When the misnamed
vitamin D acts on the VDR, there is a transcription signal to the DNA and 913
genes are activated, and most of these have an immunity-boosting effect. On the
other hand, UVC rays destroy viruses. One study reported a 99.94% reduction in
corona virus after 45 min of exposure to Ultraviolet C. Ultraviolet A, B, and C are all
antivirals. Before the era of antibiotics, the universal remedy for TB was
sunbathing.
Facing an adverse emergency or as prevention:
1. Abundant hydration.
2. Curcumin a 1000 mg daily (Not turmeric, but the active
ingredient Curcumin)
3. Fish oil: Cod liver oil one tbsp daily, Fish oil 10,000
mg daily
4. Foods rich in Potassium: avocado, mushrooms, almonds,
squash, celery, pomegranate, banana and coconut water. Likewise, potassium bicarbonate.
5. Heliotherapy.
6. Preventively
